New Member of the Department: Vladimír Marazjuk

Our department is pleased to welcome Vladimír Marazjuk, who has been teaching Slavic languages since 2018. At the department, he will teach Russian language courses at all levels, from beginners to advanced students.

Vladimír Marazjuk is a recent graduate of the doctoral programme in German Studies carried out jointly by Charles University and Sapienza University of Rome. His research focused on Czech political discourse, particularly on stereotypes, metaphors and prejudices from a linguistic perspective.

His academic interests are complemented by a passion for travelling, hiking and foreign languages.

We are pleased to welcome Vladimír Marazjuk to our department and wish him every success in his teaching and research activities.
